1. The service

Headendix provides software to run an IPTV service on servers you control (the panel, the streaming core and the load balancers), the updates of that software, and a customer area to manage your licenses.

2. Your account

Keep your password and your install commands private. You are responsible for what is done with your account and your licenses. Turn on two-step sign-in to protect it.

3. Licenses and trials

A license covers one installation for the period paid. One free trial is available per customer and per server. A license may be moved to another server from the customer area.

4. Lawful use

You may only stream content you hold the rights to distribute. You are solely responsible for the content you deliver with the software. We may suspend a license used for unlawful distribution.

5. Payments and renewals

Prices are shown in the customer area before you pay. A license starts or is extended as soon as the payment is confirmed. Payments are handled by the payment provider you choose.

6. Availability

Your servers keep working if our services are briefly unreachable. We do our best to keep the customer area and the update service available, without guarantee of uninterrupted service.

7. Liability

The software is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue or lost data.
